Yea....I know it has been awhile. We have been busy and sick for sometime now. Justin has been struggling with constant and/or reoccuring ear infections since the end of February. The first round of his ear infection was coupled with the stomach flu that lasted for six days! We have went through three different antiobiotics to only end up having to get two shots of an even stronger antiobiotic. Justin has been referred to an ENT specialist, so we will see what they have to say when we visit sometime soon. As of today, he seems to better (knock on wood). It has been a very trying time.
On a more happier note: Justin turned 3 (or nine, if you ask Justin)! We had a party here at home with family and was a lot of fun. Justin had a ball. Even though he did turn three according to Justin he is nine. I have asked him several times (even still today) how old he is and he will say nine (one day he was ten!). Then we I correct him and say no you're three. His reply is, "no, I not wanna be three, I am nine!"
More happy news: I found out this week that next school year I will be transferring to Sycamore Elementary (one of the new elementary schools in Pickerington) and still teaching second grade. This will be the same school that Justin will attend.
