Trick or Treat

** Pumpkin Carving**
Justin was not at all interested in carving pumpkins. Jay end up doing most of the work. We had bought a bunch of carving stuff and templates - even an Einstein book with all the characters faces and Rocket. But Justin just didn't care. He thought the flashing lights were cool that went in the pumpkins, but didn't care about anything else.

**Trick or Treat*
Justin had a great time going Trick or Treating this year. He realized that you get CANDY! ....and it didn't take much to sell him on the idea of more and more candy. We did just the small loop around the neighborhood, stopping at Carrie's (his sitter) , John and Mellany's house and a few others along the way. Justin dressed up as "Bob the Tomato" from Veggie Tales - again. He didn't really get into the idea of wearing a costume until he saw other kids dressed up and getting candy.

We came back home to hand out our own candy. Justin helped with that too. He did do a good job until he was board with it and had eaten enough candy to last him a year. He thought it was fun to blow out my luminaries along the drive and decided to do that most of the evening.
